At M2Decor, we value customer satisfaction. Our return and replacement policy covers products that are damaged, defective, or completely different from what was ordered.

Eligible for Replacement

You can request a replacement within 24 hourse delivery if :-

  • The item is damaged during delivery with Unboxing video (Note – Unboxing video must for any type of Claim).
  • You received the wrong product or missing parts.
  • The product is defective or not working.
  • The product is completely different from what was shown on the website.
  • You received a fake or incorrect item.

Note: If the unboxing video is not shared, the customer will need to bear return shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Product unboxing video is required for all return/replacement requests.
  • Product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Replacement is not possible for items returned due to personal preferences (color, design, etc.).
  • Mirror breakage will be compensated with ₹200 for repair.
  • Imported and customized products are non-returnable.

Not Eligible for Return

  • If you ordered the wrong product by mistake.
  • If you no longer want the item after placing the order.
  • Minor scratches or transit wear on handcrafted products.
  • Electronics not functioning due to incorrect handling.

Return Process
If your location is not covered by our logistics, you can return the product yourself after getting approval from our support team.

Please Note :
Our products are handcrafted, and minor variations from the reference image are normal. If you want exact details, please ask for actual product photos before placing your order.

If you receive a non-returnable item in damaged or faulty condition, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery to request a replacement or fix.
